Service and accounts
Jofaé Lumière Corporation operates Jofae AI. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Use your own authorized account, maintain secure credentials and provide accurate account and submission details. Membership allowances apply to creation, AI requests and quotation requests. Existing projects are retained when membership ends; continued paid-tool access depends on entitlement.
Design concepts and estimates
AI images are conceptual visualizations, not engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, safety certification or a guarantee of consistent geometry. Prices and room-fit calculations are estimates and require professional verification. The service does not provide patent, copyright-registration or other legal protection for designs.
Uploads, sharing and acceptable use
Only upload and share material you are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate others, access another customer’s private data or bypass membership limits. Public manufacturer listings and signed-in challenges have different visibility from private designs. The final content-license, intellectual-property and enforcement terms require legal approval.
Manufacturers
Profiles marked Demo are illustrative examples until verified manufacturers join. Verification is an evidence record, not a guarantee of quality or delivery. Quotes, production specifications, delivery terms and any manufacturer contract must be confirmed by the parties before purchase or production.
Membership, cancellation and refunds
New seven-day free trials require a valid payment method and automatically become the paid subscription you selected when the trial ends, at the price and billing frequency shown before you agreed, unless you cancel online before the trial ends; you are charged $0 during the trial. Earlier no-card trials are never converted without your explicit authorization. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal and ordinarily leaves paid features available through the end of the paid period. There are no automatic prorated refunds except where required by law; duplicate charges, billing errors and significant service failures can be reviewed by Concierge. After expiry, your existing saved designs remain viewable while your account stays open, and reactivating a membership restores paid features with your designs still attached. Governing law and effective date
These terms are proposed under the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location. They take effect on the date Jofae AI launches publicly. If we change them, the updated version will be posted on this page.
