Information handled
The platform stores account email, profile name, account type, company and optional country/currency preferences; furniture descriptions, dimensions, materials, inspiration uploads, generated images and revisions; design sharing permissions; manufacturer requests and proposals; support conversations, attachments and inquiry details; and subscription identifiers, status and usage counts.
How information is used
Information supports sign-in, saving designs, membership limits, AI requests, quotations, collaboration, support, billing synchronization and abuse prevention. Information needed for an AI request is sent to the image service. Payment details are entered in Stripe’s payment form; Jofae AI does not store full card numbers in its application records. Support notifications use the authorized Google Workspace Concierge mailbox.
Private designs and sharing
Design files are private by default and displayed using temporary signed links. Sharing is explicit and can be revoked. Manufacturer challenges are visible to signed-in members; the manufacturer directory is public. Do not include confidential personal information in public listings or challenges. Copies already downloaded by recipients cannot be recalled by revoking access.
Security, retention and rights
Account permissions and private storage protect access, but no service can promise absolute security. You can edit profile details and manage designs in your account. Cancelling a membership or finishing the seven-day trial does not automatically delete your saved designs: while your account remains open you keep view access to them, subject to reasonable storage limits and a published inactivity policy. Storage is not unlimited or guaranteed permanently; any future inactivity-based deletion will be announced with advance notice before it takes effect. Account settings offers a deletion-request process reviewed by Concierge. Deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions or erase legally required financial records; scope and applicable retention exceptions must be reviewed before action.
Browser storage and service providers
Browser storage maintains sign-in sessions. Hosting/account services, Stripe, Google Workspace and the AI image service process information required for their respective functions. This draft does not certify their data residency, processing terms, model-training practices or international-transfer arrangements.
Effective date and updates
This policy takes effect on the date Jofae AI launches publicly and applies from that date. If we change it, the updated version will be posted on this page. Questions about this policy: concierge@jofaeai.com.
